So I ask for 2 chocolate malts and the lady at the drive thru window literally roll her eyes at me because I asked for a cup holder.
Worst customer service experience today, I've been coming to this braums for a very long time and have never received this kind of service.

I had a great experience there. Especially the girl who waited on me Natalie. She was SO nice and courteous. Its rare for young people these days to engage people or be courteous but she was both. Thank you Natalie. Keep up the great work.
