I have been to this McD's twice in the past week, ordered a McCafe using my app and neither one show up on my app; I'm still at four coffees needing one more to get my free item. Instead of taking my word for it and showing exceptional customer service, Tony chose the "it's not my responsibility" and "I have no control over that" route.April 19, 2017
