  THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER for my daughter's birthday...( I'm a loyal customer at the Southlake location). Due to my car being at the dealership in Burleson and bad traffic on a Friday afternoon called this location to see if they had bundtinis (they did). When arrived, had to wait about 10 mins because it was only 2 employees and they had a line. The one that took care of me wasn't happy and seemed overwhelmed with the orders. I asked her if the sentiment flag that comes with the dozen of bundtinis can say happy birthday, she said they are $0.50cents each which I don't mind paying, but they're $0.30cents for 3 when you make your order online?? well then she brings me the box, then KINDLY asked for a bag.. she said oh that's $XXX with attitude. At that point just wanted to leave. That's not the worst... after we celebrated my daughters birthday opened the box and ate one bundtini and it was horrible... I'm not sure how often this location make bundtinis, but I tried another one hoping it was just THAT one... but no.. all of them had a weird taste. End up throwing away the box and WILL NEVER CHANGE THE SOUTHLAKE LOCATION, EVER!

  One star is pushing it for this location. I must I say I'm more than dissatisfied with the customer care. I've worked in customer service my entire life and on the biggest day of my life thus far they completely let me down. I was 50 minutes late getting to my wedding venue due to waiting on my cake order that never came. We paid in full and ordered our grooms cake and guest cakes months ago and promised delivery. My coordinator had to go to Kroger and buy another round of cakes to stand in because we had nothing for our wedding day. I would be more than understanding had there been a good reason, an emergency, something. But when my mother in law went the next day the OWNER who promised delivery would not even come out from the back of the store to explain or apologize. I wouldn't trust them with any big event.

  Worst experience ever!!! My nephew's wedding was a disaster because they never made the delivery for the cake and bundtinis that was placed, and paid for many months ago. The lady that made the special arrangements wouldn't even come out of the back and apologize. We had to make due with Kroger cake and cupcakes because of their inconvenience. Worst Customer Service!!! I would never recommend this location to anyone!! (They don't deserve any stars at all, but I have to mark one in order to post my review.)

  Been twice. Told them what I wanted and they handed it to me. Wonderful cakes. Not hard.
