  The Burleson location is the worst in the area I've visited when it cones to getting my drink orders correct. I've been given diet & tea when I ordered something else. Their Sprite is often flat & their excuse is no one there drinks it so they don't know when it goes flat. I say BS, I say how hard is it to test that each shift change to insure customer satisfaction. They also collect $2 for 2 drinks that total $1.99, yes that's only $.01 but multiply that by 100's of customers over time & that story is overcharging their customers. Some times the kids working there can be seen through the drive-thru window playing "slap & tickle" with each other, leaving the customer waiting at the window instead of waiting at the window to great the customer. If they paid more attention to what the drive-thru customers were ordering, repeated every order beck to make sure they heard it correctly then confirmed that order with the customer at the window, I believe the Burleson store would be a much better example of what Chichen E expects each store to be.

  Fast at the counter. Made sure to keep me informed as to how my food was coming along. I ordered things that needed to be made. Offered me things I forgot to ask for. Friendly service. No employees standing around staring at their phones. Good visit.

  Not happy just got a family deal with 3 sides and rolls. Asked them is everything in there was told yes it is.. drive home and guess what no freaking rolls, so I call them and let them know they say I have to drive back to get rolls right now or I can't get them. Asked if I could get them tomorrow they said it had to be right now. Crappy service. Ain't driving back 15 miles for some rolls that should of already been in there.
