  I ordered my food and when u got my order it was not correct. When i asked the KID behind the counter to remake my order hecrefused and his actual words were no. So i left my sandwich on the counter and then told him to remake it and walked away. After a few minutes my sub was then thrown in the trash so i assumed they were remaking it. After 30 minutes of waiting i asked if they were going to remake my sub and was again told no. I then asked for my money back and was again told no. The punk kids that were working behindcthe counter were some of the most disrespectful people if you want to call them that. That i had ever met. Also while i was there 2 women came in ordered there food and went and sat down. As i was walking out i asked how long they had been waiting. They said about 30 to 45 minutes. All of the employees were in the back and there were people waiting to order. What kind of employer allows these kinds of actions to take place in their business

  We ate there last night. I had to look for cheese on my sandwich. Bread was dry. They used the top and bottom of a tomato on it, so I took it off. Wasted 16 bucks for our meal.

  We decided to order lunch to go from Charley's today. My husband doesn't like veggies or any kind of sauce on his sandwiches, so he gets them dry with no veggies (meat only). We got all the way home and sat down to eat and both our sandwiches were made "all the way" ( full veggies and mayo)... so my husband, who is pretty aggravated and annoyed at this point, goes to return his sandwich. He hands the sandwich over to the lady and asks for his money back. She fights with him saying she didn't make it wrong and refuses to give him his money back. After such an inconvenience, arguing with your customers is such POOR customer service. We will no longer give them our business.

  Terrible service from the moment we walked in. Didn't even finish ordering and left. Cashier was extremely rude. Has anyone stared at you like they were about to murder you? Thats what happened. We couldn't hear her, she was speaking so quiet and when asked to repeat herself she didn't get any louder. Literally had to lean faaar over the counter to hear what she was saying. After we left she we could see her laughing and smiling about the whole ordeal. Guess she DOES know how to smile after all. Called to explain to the manager what happened... Manager seemed to care just as little as the cashier.
